Welcome to YouFoldr. These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (referred to here as YouFoldr, we, us, or our) for your use of the YouFoldr application and related services. Please read them carefully. They are written to be clear, not to trip you up.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using YouFoldr, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old, and able to enter into a binding agreement, to use YouFoldr.

2. The service

YouFoldr is a relationship focused CRM that helps you remember the people who matter, log meetings, capture notes, and set gentle reminders. Some features rely on an internet connection and on the providers that operate the service on our behalf.

3. Your account

Sign in is passwordless. You access your account with Sign in with Apple, Google, or a single use email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign in method secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@youfoldr.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Your content

The contacts, companies, meetings, notes, transcripts, and reminders you add are your content, and you keep all rights to it. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you, including deriving useful cues such as when you last met someone. You are responsible for the content you add, and for having the right to add information about other people to your own private records.

5. Acceptable use

When using YouFoldr, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe the rights of others, including their privacy.
• Attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our written permission, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the service, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use the service to store or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.
• Use automated means to overload or disrupt the service.

6. Voice and AI features

Some features use artificial intelligence to turn what you say into structured records. When you use them, the relevant transcript is sent to our AI processing provider so it can be organised, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be imperfect, so please review anything important before relying on it.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using YouFoldr you agree to the practices described there.

8. Our intellectual property

The YouFoldr name, logo, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. We grant you a personal, non transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.

9. Third party services

YouFoldr relies on third parties, including your sign in provider, our AI processing provider, and the platform through which you download the app. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third party services that we do not control.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep YouFoldr reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces the core service, we will aim to give you reasonable notice.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using YouFoldr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. When your account ends, we handle your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, YouFoldr is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouFoldr and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is permitted to be capped, our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP AMOUNT].

14. Governing law
